The place is huge, so even when it's packed you won't wait that much for a table. Food tends to be too salty and service friendly but obnoxious as they come to ask if everything is OK every 5 minutes.

I came here last Saturday and I prefer this location over the one in atlas park mall in queens. There's less waiting time, better quality of food and service. The menu always seems to be changing but that's good as the same things can become boring after a while I had boneless wings with a combo plate of chicken with ribs. The food was good but I think I prefer their sauced ribs over dry rub ones I picked. They have a small kiosk on top of each table with games, you can also order dessert drinks and pay your bill

Excellent place to come and have a great dining experience. Staff is hardworking and attentive to their table as well as polite and friendly. Food is also pretty good even though its a chain restaurant can't go wrong with a rack of ribs its delicious with plenty of sauce on it that went perfect with mash potatoes.

I ordered an el Presidente margarita, that was mostly ice. T when I asked about my reward points the waitress said I had enough for an appetizer. ...wrong got charged 12.00 bucks...
