The burger tasted like a 2 year old made it.... Come on it's not hard to make a regular bacon cheeseburger...Atleast that's what I thought

Very solid. Great food and good service. Can get VERY crowded on weekends during prime hours. Never have had a bad meal here. Love the southern smokehouse burger or the chicken quesadillas depending on my mood. Lately I've been all over the fajitas. This carnitas meat is outstanding. Parking is usually good, but when its crowded they've actually run out of spots, and the lot is not that easy to navigate

We went here for the late night deal. I think it only works on certain days. The nice thing that a competitor like Applebee's doesn't have, at least the one close by on route 23, is they have machines at each booth where you can pay with a card so you don't have to wait for your waiter to bring the check, hand the funds, and then wait for them to come back. It'd be nice to see more restaurants implement this consistently.

I have gone to Chili's for years at different locations. This one- AVOID! I got my food and the chicken tasted like dish detergent. I ate a few bites and complained, and the waitress treated me like I was just being a pain. I got my husband to try it and he was repulsed.... they did nothing to rectify it, and I got violently ill within a few hours.
Will NEVER go back....

I didn't like anything about this Chili's. The food was disappointing, even by chain food standards. They told us we'd have a 15 minute wait and consistently let people in ahead of us. After about 30 minutes of this, I went to ask about it and was told they had a lot of call aheads. So if you know this trick and call as your driving up, you get to cut ahead of people who are waiting in line. You know it's slimy but at least tell me I'll be waiting a half an hour because I didn't know the trick so I can decide to go elsewhere. The meal was also over priced. I asked if what I was ordering, the fajitas, was a pretty big portion and the waitress suggested I order something else too because, despite being an entree, it didn't come with much in terms of vegetables or sides. After tasting one of my children's sides, the one the waitress recommended, I was glad I didn't order it. As if all that wasn't bad enough, they had some people waiting stand right in front of our table I had this guys bottom directly across from me. When I asked about it I was told, yeah, that's where we let them wait. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
