I hated Jersey City Chili's server today. Jason. I thought he was hospitable all the time. Never a problem until today...after patiently waiting for 5 minutes at the bar, I asked for a draught beer. He poured the beer in a glass a LET IT SIT UNTIL NO FOAM IS VISIBLE WHILE I WAITED FOR HIM PUNCHING KEYS ON THE REGISTER. I asked are you ready and he said "Just one minute" and he meant that. .. I left and he didn't even acknowledge me leaving. I felt good leaving not with great dissatisfaction and disappointment. What an ASS!

Was sat in a noisy section of the bar despite saying I did not want to be at the bar. Was told my server would be right with me. 10 minutes of waiting nothing happened. Finally left.

The food was excellent and not too expensive. The baby back ribs were a favorite. The waiter also was friendly and attentive. Plus the tablets at the table make paying the check so easy!

This is a nice chili's. Very conveniently located for some in an area where there aren't a ton of options for food within the immediate vicinity
