I love the burgers. French fries are good. Prices are reasonable. Staff is always friendly.

Just went today had to wait 15 minutes for a drink, ordered bottomless soup & salad, waitress barely ever came by the table to see how everything was.. decent food worst service I've ever received from a restaurant.

My first chili's experience was great, however that was at a different location. Me and my girlfriend walked in and waited 10 minutes to be seated when the whole restaurant was empty, meaning barely any customers and There was no one working or paying attention to the front. When someone finally appeared he just told us to sit anywhere. We ordered tortilla chips with cheese salsa and avacado for our appetizer. The chips were extremely thin and the cheese wasn't melted enough. We then ordered one of their flatbreads to share. The flatbread was incredibly dry and salty. I'd say that the only good thing about our experience was our waitress, she was very polite and noticed we were unhappy and took the flat bread off our bill. I then became sick afterwards and very nauseous. I love chilis but I would not go to this location ever again & wouldn't recommend anyone else too.

Awful experience there. They had construction going on while people are eating...tarps up and people hammering and screwing, compressors running and loading stuff. The service is always superb...always. But that cannot make up for the poor planning, they should have shut the place down or start working in the early morning and stop by lunchtime, why should people paying have to listen to this. Also the food was sub par, I got fajitas -something they are known for and have an entire menu for - and the platter looked very poorly done with not one bit of care, they couldn't even cut the strips properly and it was overcooked, the steak was dried out, the peppers and onions looked like slop.
