Chili's Grill & Bar

Gave me and 3 other people in my family terrible food poising. NEVER will I go back to any Chili's.

Wine served in DIRTY glassware (twice). Laminated menus and on-table ordering device visibly greasy, covered with sticky splatters, and gross residue. Bathrooms filthy. Fruitflies swarming the table.

My soup arrived cold. While eating my very hot next bowl of soup, my luke warm entre arrived complete with congealed melted cheese, our dessert arrived 10 minutes after the luke warm coffee. We did not pay for the dessert and the horrendously s-l-o-w service was reflected in our tip.

I have been to this Chili's several times and have finally decided I will never go back.

Last night was the last straw--my husband ordered a soup and salad, and I ordered a turkey sandwich...nothing complicated! After waiting a long time (I mean probably 45 minutes to an hour after ordering) someone (not our waitress) walked by and dropped off the soup and salad, with no mention of where my sandwich was. We assumed it was right behind her, but clearly, it wasn't. Our waitress walked by and looked at the table and said to someone, "Where is her food?" And the other person went in the back. Then probably another 10 minutes went by without any mention of my sandwich. Then the waitress came back and said, "they're making your sandwich now." I obviously asked to speak to the manager, who TURNED OUT TO BE THE PERSON WHO DROPPED OFF MY HUSBAND'S FOOD AND IGNORED ME. She was completely useless, basically said it was technology's fault.

Not to mention--we could hear that both tables on either side of us had problems (someone's food was freezing cold, someone else got the wrong item). Also, without going into too many details and rambling on all day, this isn't the first time we had a bad experience at this Chili's.

I'm disappointed because I like Chili's in many other locations that I've been to, but this one is down the street from my house. So bummed that it's so terrible.

This is in no way a reflection of our server or the manager but of our dinning experience.
Reservation for 6pm but got seated at 6:50pm even though our whole party had been here before our reservation time. Ordered 5 apps that came out at a reasonable time probably because they were mainly chips & guacamole. At 7:50pm still no entrées...but we did get a round of waters to keep us busy (though I'm pretty sure water shouldn't taste this sweet.).
Edit1: Food came. Servers left. Cut my turkey burger in half...uncooked. Food returned & waited some more. Now 8pm.
Edit2: Someone found a hair in their burger.
Our staff was accomandating & everything with our food was fixed (switched to chicken just in case.). Now 8:30pm and we are patiently waiting the free desserts that were offered to the table. We will be taking our leftovers home.
