Child Support Enforcement

Keeps reporting me to credit agencies for owing support when it says I owe $110 in support but the site says I have a $782 credit. Which I know this to be true since they intercepted my income tax refund when I owed at the time a balance of $0 to support when I filed my income tax. Still says I owe even though they've taken my income tax which was I over $600, yet at the time of filing and even months prior to I have had a $0 balance due to making my payments on time. Custodial parent lost custody. They take my payments. Say I'm not paying because they can't distribute it to the case. So I keep building a credit for hundreds and hundreds of dollars over what they say I owe. Why can't they take what I owe and send me the balance and allow me to keep making monthly payments? Yet if I stop paying monthly I'll get a warrant despite the fact they have far more of my money then I owe. Any way to get this corrected? Can't get anyone on the phone. Can't go up on weekends when I have a day to do so because they are closed. So they just keep taking my money and not distributing it to the case. Yet consistently report me to experian as a debt owed and not being paid. In my opinion the state is commuting an act of fraud. One of which would land me in jail. So who is to be held accountable? And what can I do about it?

They keep calling my phone and leaving a message for the previous owner of my phone number. Calling them back will get you nowhere because no person comes on the line. Then when you ask for certain options through the robot, it transfers you to numbers that don't exist. And finally, there is no other way to contact this place than that 1-877 number. No email, no fax, nothing. Terrible website and terrible phone menu. Get my phone number off you list!
