Very bad delivery! Almost an hour late! Lost money over it that should have gone to charity! Left kids hungry! Very upset!

Stole money. I was a regular customer, but one they realized I was one. They completely disregarded everything. They messed up large orders intended for charity. They showed up 2 hours late for children with disabilities. The children were very upset. Please don't support this horrendous establishment. They are against children with disabilities and charity's.
Thank you,
A regular customer.

Today's the last time I'm ever ordering from Chickies. I can't even finish the sandwich I got, it's so disgusting.
When they first opened a few years back, I enjoyed some of their sandwiches. Now that my wife and I are visiting the area for the summer, I thought I would give them a try again. Experiment failed.
The first thing you need to know is that Chickies is not "fast food." I've been to Chickies three times in the past month and every time I had to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes to get my order (each time I ordered in the store, sat, and waited - and this time the music was so loud and so bad that I had to ask them to turn it down).
The second thing you need to know is that no matter what you tell them you'd like on your sandwich, the Chickies staff does not actually pay attention. I ordered two sandwiches today - a "Made in China" and an "Ian Beat Box" - asking for them both exactly as they are on the menu (meaning whatever sauce they usually come with and the "standard" toppings of "lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles"), except that I requested they hold the tomatoes (raw tomatoes make me ill). The guy who took my order said it was no problem and I repeated just to be sure - no tomatoes. No problem.
Thirty minutes later...they finally tell me the sandwiches are ready, verbally confirming with me, "You wanted lettuces and pickles, no tomatoes, right?" I respond, "That's right, no tomatoes." I head to a seat and hungrily tear open the first sandwich wrapper - "Made in China." The only topping: pickles. And the sauce was so blazing hot - I was expecting maybe a little spicy (the sandwich is rated 1 out of 3 on the Chickies menu "spicy scale"), not burn-my-mouth-make-my-eyes-water spicy. Although I've ordered the sandwich before and it was nowhere near as spicy, I figured I'd chalk this up to a rushed kitchen, lesson learned.
But then I opened the second sandwich when I got home - "Ian Beat Box." The toppings: pickles...and tomatoes (WTF?). The sauce was tasteless. And the chicken itself - like with the "Made in China" sandwich - was so overcooked and tough that it was like chewing leather. If I had to guess, I'd say it was frozen and reheated.
So I waited half an hour for two bad sandwiches that didn't even come as I ordered. FML.
