Chibbaro John P DDS

I saw Dr. Chibbaro yesterday for a wisdom tooth surgery. I had read some alarming reviews online prior to going in, so I was more nervous then before. I am NOT thrilled with Georgette, the receptionist, as she asked me twice the same question, clacked her gum repeatedly, and had a very rude and unpleasant professional manner. I was also not thrilled with whoever the nurse was that was talking to the woman, Bobbie, that was helping me. Bobbie was great. She stayed calm, collective and professional throughout my nervousness and tears of fear. This was my first "surgery" and yes it was small, but it still scared me nonetheless. Then, a 3rd woman (another receptionist) came in to talk to me while I was sitting in the exam chair and she was a lot like Georgette. =/. I'd rate Dr. Chibbaro as an O.K., and Bobbie as Super Excellent. I'd go back there, only if Bobbie was scheduled. The rest of the office staff I dealt with needs a serious professional overhaul. 3 stars because Bobbie saved me.
