I went to this salon with my daughter, we each had two different stylists. They BOTH chopped the crap out of our hair. I spent two years growing mine to have it gone in a minute. I asked for an inch and more than 3 was taken. My daughters hair looks like a butcher knife was used - and it's not even. She asked for 3 inches in the back and trim the layers. It's probably more like 5 or 6 inches ALL OVER, and the layers make her hair look raggy now. She's keeping it in a pony tail. DON'T GO THERE!!! If your normal person is closed just wait another day.

Rosemary and Laura were wonderful to work with in preparing for my October 2010 wedding. They were patient and professional throughout the whole process including a hair trial and then coming to my parents' home the morning of the wedding. They were responsive and highly organized, allowing the morning to flow without any stress! :) In working with my Mom and Bridesmaids, these talented ladies did an exceptional job. My hair as the Bride was perfect! I received countless compliments and the pictures turned out beautifully! I cannot speak highly enough of Rosemary and her team.
