worst experience ever, there is one sales representative Patrick, He has no sense of how to behave with customers, he indirectly call me cheap, instead of showing me any car he just asked me bullshit questions. In last he added $1250 on listed price and when I asked him what is this for then he opened company policy page and told me read it, it is simple English; you can read it right!? Indians don't know English is a stereotype; it is racial comment and offensive. you lost one potential customer and you will loose more in future if this kind of behavior persist in your staff. you guys don't even deserve one star.

Just bought a brand new 2015 Camaro RS from Chevy of JC! Had nothing but a great and seamless experience! The salesman Will Howard helped me and explained every step thoroughly! could have been in it in one day save for the fact that it was at there sister showroom! I received a more than fair price on my trade in and great incentives. I highly recommend this dealer to purchase your next vehicle, new or used! Thank you once again to the staff of Chevrolet of JC and specifically Will and the sales manager Bader, thanks for your help and love the car!!!!!

Shopping for a car is my least favorite thing to do. Especially a used car! I will say that I have no regrets purchasing my car from this dealer. Client rep Christian Marquez was very transparent and gave full disclosure of every vehicle I inquired about. I'm very pleased with my experience, and more importantly my purchase. The car runs great and was purchased at a very competitive price. My only regret is wasting several weeks visiting other dealers.

Circus, that's the right word to describe this dealership. My salesperson when asked if the car had GPS, at first he didn't know, then he started checking and concluded it didn't have it.... Yet, it turned out it did (I WENT TO YOUTUBE). When I asked to show me the car features the guy didn't know/show more than turning the radio on to show me the radio features. I really felt like they have no idea what they sell. Thank God we have GOOGLE!!!! I had to GOOGLE what LTZ includes...
I had problems to activate my OnStar, so gave a try to contact the dealer to see if they can help... the answer was NO. As usual they had no clue. I ended up calling OnStar to get the needed help.
In addition, they gave me a temporary registration which expired a month ago and still have not received the regular plates yet. They charged me $429 "Documentary Fee"... AVOID THOSE SCUMBAGS AT ANY COST! THEY MAY OFFER YOU A "BETTER" PRICE, but at the end of the day it is not worth it. I would rather pay a few hundreds more and deal with knowledgable people and get the stuff done professionally and in timely manner.

Patrick Amadi was the best sales associate I have ever met. Sales associate is not the title for him. He was more of a long loss friend we we never met. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle with him. His promises were kept, and the DEAL was unbelievable. He made sure we absolutely loved the car before stepping into any negotiations. If your going to purchase a chevy, you MUST go to PATRICK AMADI!!!!!
