nasty lady,owners should be nice to customers not nasty and rude and have a attitude, my $1000 stayed in my pocket not hers, glad I saw her true ways. I would never go back even if things were free

I returned a simple, common model lawnmower twice with what appeared to be just a dirty carburetor. Instead of accepting it back and working on it again, I was given multiple excuses why their fix did not work - kinda like it was my fault. I'm now gonna cut my losses ($83.00) and take it somewhere else.
