Was once in Dr. A's office when a young girl walked out to her parents in the waiting room sobbing. She was saying that it hurt so much, that she didn't numb her, and she felt everything. I was waiting for her to remove this huge cyst on my side, so I was fore-warned. She tried removing that thing with one shot of something that didn't work...cutting me with no numbing medication. I stopped her right there. She gave me another shot, I stopped her. Gave me a third, and I said to her, 'you either do what you're supposed to or I'm walking out of here'. She told me to come back when she had what she needed later that afternoon. I did come back, and she indeed numbed me, then did a horrible job removing the thing leaving me with ann ugly scar. That means, she didn't even try to numb that young girl!!! Be forewarned, I will never forget my experience with this doctor.

Do not go to this person for any skin issues. The comments about dirt, long waits, a quick visit, and rude behavior are all true. She wanted to remove SIX moles from my back after looking at them with a cursory glance. I was there for my psoriasis! No other dermatologist has ever wanted to remove any of the moles on my back.

DO NOT SEE THIS DERMATOLOGIST.

Terrible experience with this doctor, awful. I went to her 3x giving her the benefit of the doubt each time and with each time, I was still disappointed. First - her office is unclean (both the waiting room and her own office where she "looks" at you) - there were ants crawling on the water filter and the cups, and her office is very dusty. Second, her staff is very unhelpful and seems uninterested in anything but collecting your information and collecting your co-pay. Third, the wait is ridiculously long - I've waited for over an hour in just the waiting room alone. But the most awful part of this doctor is the doctor herself. She has terrible bedside manners, is not compassionate, hardly takes a glance at you, doesn't listen to anything you say, doesn't ask any pertinent questions, and seems more interested in collecting your money and shoving you out so she can do something other than help patients. I have gone three times and this has been the case every single time - I've gone in, waited long, seen her as she smiled and pretended to know who I was (asking me how I was without ever once using my name), waited while she looked at me with a magnifying glass and then turned away. She makes you feel very uncomfortable, rushed, and unimportant.

And for the responses to the negative comments claiming that these complaints are untrue - is she really proposing that people are writing false complaints about their poor experience? Instead of refuting these legitimate grievances, she should clean her office and go back to school to develop some bedside manners. As far as her knowledge of her specialty is concerned, I couldn't tell you as an hour of waiting and 15 minutes of speaking to her isn't much to go on. Find another doctor and don't waste your time with her.

I have to believe the positive comments are from Cheryl herself , I cant imagine any one having a positive experience with this person. Ive never spoken with anyone much less a doctor, that is so unprofessional an uncaring. I cant imagine any school passing her, maybe she at one time was a good Doctor, but something has went very wrong with her practice. Please find another Doctor , read reviews an choose wisely for your family.

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. gave me FOUR shots of numbing liquid and none of them worked! were they expired?? the office was dirty, the staff was unprofessional. awful awful awful! do not go
