She's amazing

I have been going here for a few years. It was a recommendation from a friend. I never thought she was a great doctor but it served my purpose. The hours that is offered here aren't the best but has Horton a little better since she moved in another location. I am no longer going to her because she screwed up important paper work for me that was for a job. I always come on with an appointment. And when I went in a few weeks ago I had one and I set up one for a week later to continue an important series of shots I needed to work on a hospital. She gave me my 1st series of shots and when I came in with an appointment for the 2nd shot she told me she had no more and it must be my unlucky day because 3 WALK-INS came in. I flipped on her because I told her I needed this clearance for a job and I had a deadline. She never have me any recommendations or referred me to any other urgent care or doctor she may have known that I could check for. She said she would order more and told me to call next week. So apparently the shot that I needed there is a shortage. How do I know? Because I had to scramble to look around for a place that had it. Next week comes and she still doesn't have the shot for me. I had to delay working because of her and her incompetent not really caring attitude!! Then that ry was the deciding factor of me writing this bad review is that they never tried to call me to say they have the shot in or say you missed your appointment because I had to make another one for the one she screwed up. What is the point of making an appointment if your dumb ass is going to give everything to a walk-in! Also, I needed immunizations because I only started going there a 3 years ago of course she doesn't have those. I hate needles and i said if I can get my immunizations can I avoid getting the bloodworm she said yes. So I got my immunizations records from my old place and I was just talking to the woman and telling her why I needed these records because I need it to work in the hospital (now I'm not trying to be a nurse or anything so it's nothing to do with medical) the woman informs me that for the hospital you need current blood work. So again Dr. Sydney Chen screws up!!! She told me I didn't need records. This doctor is not thorough. Thank goodness I found an urgent care place that took care if me and I started working. I will never go to this doctor again.

Sydney Chen is one of the best doctors that I have met.
My parents and I have been going to her for 3 years. She is very knowledgeable, patient and right to the point. She is calm, friendly and very helpful in pinpointing the problem.
For me, I have very minimal problems, she will teach me how to stay healthy.
My mom has thyroid, cholesterol, and blood sugar problem. She needs constant office visits.
My dad has a big tumor, has heart and blood sugar problem.
Sydney will help both of them within and outside of business hours. I don't think my parents' problems can be fixed without Sydney's help. I will greatly recommend Dr. Sydney.
