ChemTec Pest Control

I've had the best experience with this company over the last couple of years! In my professional capacity as a social worker in the field of homecare, I frequently interact with ChemTec. In particular, I would like to acknowledge and express gratitude to two employees. Anita - whose professional opinion and expertise I trust implicitly. Paul Vazquez - who went above and beyond his call of duty in assisting an elderly woman with a task that was not part of his job description. I don't hesitate to recommend this company to my clients, colleagues, and friends and know that not only will ChemTec get the job done, but also provide excellent customer service!

First let me say I didn't use their service. I called to see what I could do to minimize mice from coming into my apartment. Apparently all that could be done was to lay traps, and that's it.

Have used there service in the past and was happy. However, recently there service was used in my sister's downstairs neighbor to treat fleas. After the service my sister apartment smelled of the chemical luckily we were informed in advance and had removed her dog from the apartment. They had to come back and treat again, the neighbor gave my sister 20 minutes notice during the middle of a work day that she just called them back and and they were on there way. Even though both my sister and I begged Chem Tech not to spray until we could get to the house and get him out they went ahead and did it anyway. They then told the neighbor that nobody should go in the area 4 hours after spraying. Yet, they went ahead and sprayed know there was dog in the house. I guess they don't care about any kind of animal.

I handle building and grounds for VFW Post 5702, Franklin lakes, NJ. ChemTec has provided excellent service for us. The technicians are professional, well trained and friendly. They show up on time and do not waste time. Working with ChemTec has served us well.

I am glad that the cockroaches got controlled.
