WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR KINDNESS!! THEY GOT ME!! I BELIEVED IN THEM AND THEY STOLED MY DEPOSIT AND THEN LAUGHED IN MY FACE . I CALLED BACK FOR MY DEPOSIT IT HAD BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT!! THE BIG TALL OLDER GUY HAD TOLD ME TO BRING TRUCK MONDAY MORNING BECAUSE OF A FILM THAT WAS BEING FILMED AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE PARKING. I CALLED MONDAY MORNING AND TOOK TRUCK AS TOLD. WHEN ASKED ABOUT MY CASH WEEKS LATER . I SAID IT LOOKS LIKE YOU GUYS ARE TRYING TO KEEP MY MONEY!! THE GUY GEORGE BRYAN LAUGHED AND SAID YEAHPP!!!!!
I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID ARE YOU SERIOUSLY NOT GIVING ME MY DEPOSIT THAT YOU OWE ME AND HE SAID NOPE!!! I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE IT !!! I SHOULD OF POSTED THIS AS SOON AS IT HAPPENNED BUT I WAS IN SO MUCH DISBELIEF !! PLEASE !! BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Don't bother with these guys, I'd suggest Courier Car or really anyone else. Rude staff, accused my driver of damaging the van and returning late (neither true), and the guy hung up on me even while I was trying to sort out aforementioned lateness and damage. Also, their van was in poor condition and consumed much more fuel than had been budgeted.

We were in New York on business and needed to rent a 15 passenger van. A friend recommended Chelsea Rental. Was in contact with the company within minutes. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly, suggesting the best truck for our needs. They delivered the truck to our location with a smile and keys in hand within a very short time since our group was on a time schedule. We did not encounter any problems with the vehicle for the duration of our trip. On returning the vehicle, the representative that checked the van in was very polite and courteous. Our group was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and their employees. We will use them again on our next trip.

Friendly people to work with. Ready to accommodate. I am pleased with my experience. I am not a New Yorker and came out of town to move my grandmother's stuff and I felt very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend. A+

Having your own business and having to attend trade shows is not easy when you have to howl a lot of stuff with you. Not long ago I had to find a reputable transportation to move my expo demo stuff to and from the expo location for my business. Being new to NY area I didn't know where to go, but my colleague mentioned Chelsea Rental and I went with them. They were more than helpful. Helped me load and unload and took care of my stuff very well. Nothing was broken or shuttered. Great communication, service and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
