This park has an excellent astrology turf field for soccer and the like. It also has a great playground with sprinklers for the younger children. The only drawback was the very badly maintained restrooms. The floors were flooded and it smelled as though it wasn't cleaned in over a week.

My softball team plays here. The turf is worn but not torn up too much.

Great park in the city.
Unfortunately it can get very busy during the Spring/ Summer.
They have a place for basketball, football, baseball and high intensity training. Have fun and enjoy the great outdoors of NYC.

It is a nice park. But the major problem is there are lots of homeless people over there. This park always smell bad because of those homeless people. If you need to use restroom in this park and can come out without throwing up, that will be a great success.
