This is exactly what is advertised. It is an extended stay apartment. They clean your room once a week. The apartment has cable, high speed Internet, telephone, flatscreen, queen bed, a kitchen with all the utensils, and even soaps in the bathroom. It was very clean when I stayed there, and was surprised to have even a iron in the closet. Look, I travel all over the world and if your looking for how real new Yorkers live this is a great place to stay.
My one critique is there should be a welcome packet in the room explaining the apartment, and cleaning, and giving places to eat around the area.
