Chef Hong's

I love this place, I've been on Staten Island ten years now, I come from Brooklyn where it's pretty easy to find decent Chinese food, I love Chinese takeout, but I pretty much stopped eating it after moving out here cause I could never find a restaurant with good food, then I tried this place a couple weeks ago after finding the menu in my mail and I'm back to eating Chinese take out like twice a week now, this food is fantastic, it's not overly oily like many other places and the food has wonderful flavor, that's what I came to notice about most Chinese takeout spots on Staten Island, all those places lacked good flavor, but this place Chef Hong II is outstanding, every dish I've ordered so far has been delicious, it reminds me of the great takeout spots in Brooklyn, even better than many of those, when you see this little corner takeout restaurant from outside you may not think it's going to have such great food, but trust me and try it I promise you, you will love it and it will be your new go to spot for Chinese takeout...

One of the better chinese food places on the south shore of staten island, which the south shore is not know for. All of the good chinese food places are on the north shore but this place does a pretty good job.
