Chef Elvis has some of the damn best escovitched whiting and jerk chicken you are going to find anywhere. My co workers are enslaved by his macaroni and cheese. His catering is amazing. I have used his catering services at least 4 times in the past two years and the portions are abundant and delicious. Well seasoned food.
