Manager was very nasty and tried to sell me contacts for $90 that I already knew were $70 and when confronted had a very nasty attitude! This place is a SCAM!

The man Cliff who runs this store is one of the nicest store owners I've ever met. He always remembers your name and the prices are extremely fair.

Seemingly contrary to the other 2 reviewers, I had a great experience at the East Meadow branch. Punctual, experienced, good selection of frames, cheerful enough, do what they say. Now taking my kids there for Sunday pediatric doctor. They took our Davis Vision fine.
Very happy with my glasses.

This place is a SCAM! They will do anything to keep you from use any of your warranties and if your a repeat customer you will be treated like your wasting there time. It's even worse if you have benefits. Just avoid this headache.
If you don't believe me, well it's your money and time.

East Meadow Location - Cheeper Peapers won't honor insurance or union plans as advertised. They inflate the price when they find out you have insurance or union vouchers. Manager was nasty to a repeat customer.
Hicksville Location - Also will not honor insurance/union benefits as advertised. Why bother being in the plan?
