Do not buy anything from this used appliance store. Rafy is a liar and so are his workers. I purchased a refrigerator from them and within 2 weeks it stopped working. They came out and fixed it after I called them about 20 times...They kept lying saying that they were on their way and never came. Then it went out again about a month later. they were scheduled to come out and never came. Then I called them over and over again. The worker said that she would call me back and let me know where the repairman was. That never happened. So I called back and yelled at her. Then I showed up in the store and asked what happened. Now they say he will come out today. This is poor, terrible, horrible customer service. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

Bad business that they out of business. .....

The absolutely worst place unprofessional....the products are damaged ...Never return calls to fix stuff but will make promises to come out...the staff is rude...the owner is a liar...Rafy is his name...
