Chateau of Spain

I really wanted to love this place based on their reviews and the nice gentleman I spoke to over the phone. Andre. I had a catering order and here it goes:
-Paella valenciana was a hit. Delicious
-Vegetable medley was peas and carrots and green beans.. Sorta like the frozen kind you can get anywhere
-roasted potatoes had too much liquid and looked more boiled than anything
-fries are fries
- chicken fingers, good
-Black beans, ok
-Rice was tasteful
- baked ziti was horrible :( watery, no flavor, people left it on their plate and I had to discard it. what a waste.
-sirloin steak was ok, but there was a huge pool of liquid and pepper at the end. Pieces of steak were swimming .. Not an appetizing look for sure
- beef meatballs, ok.

I did appreciate the restaurant placing the trays in these large brown catering boxes. Made it easier to carry and store. Also, the bread was delicious and thanks for placing a few serving flatware pieces.

Love this place. The environment and food and drinks are great.

The great taste you've grown to love over the years has not changed. The cooks are great and have been there for quite some time. I eat there with confidence!

Went with my family. Loved it, first time my son ate everything on his plate. He's a picky eater so this is great.

If you are looking for a great Spanish food in New Jersey, you can check out this place. They have a lot of great and very delicious Spanish foods ready to serve for your sensitives taste.

Foods presentation are very nice and you cannot question the taste because you will definitely love it. Very fresh and they serve the food fast.

Place ambiance is also relaxing and clean so you can relax while waiting for your order to be served.
