the floors in the whole building are not horizontal - your pens will fly off the table. Everything is horrible outdated - elevator brakes down monthly. The apartments' painting, amenities, lamps etc - are cheapest you can find.
Where are at least one inch holes between the floor and doors - constant drafts. Doors' knobs are so close to the door's side you can easily hit your fingers closing them. Neighbors are ok. REal estate company that manages the building are typical NY real estate morons that don't care about anything but profit.
