Chasing Tails

I can trust that my fur baby Roxie is well taken care of and loved while I am away without any worries.

Google doesn't seem to allow me to delete my previous 5-star review, so I'm putting up this "neutral" non-review. There are a lot of things I like about this place, but our dogs also had one stay with them (while the owner was out on paternity leave) that concerned us, so...eh. Three stars?

Im pretty disappointed in the reviews I'm seeing here it seems extremely either personal or just with one employee, i brought my baby husky here for a trial day shes an extremely shy scared and timid puppy who usually runs from any company i have over at my house, but when i came to pick her up after her trial day the woman who brought her out to me i believe her name was Jamie Or Amy my dog who is usually so calm scared shy and timid was happy wagging and super excited and some may think it was because i was there; but it was the complete opposite she turned right around and began literally hugging and kissing this woman with her paws on her shoulders and you can tell this woman genuinely loved my dog hhe way she was hugging her and kissing her back I've never seen my dog act this way I'm so excited to bring her back for daycare and boarding ! Great job guys!

I took my dog to Chasing Tails for daycare and grooming yesterday and I was so happy with my experience. My dog looks great and was so exhausted from playing all day. The staff was very accommodating. I love this place!

Lucy and I have been using Chasing Tails since she was a 6 month old puppy. She is now 4 years old and over the years we have consistently used them for daycare, walking, boarding and pictures with Santa during the Christmas season. We have also used them for grooming at times. I would never trust another place with my precious girl. The facility is always immaculate, the staff are always polite, professional and very accommodating. There have been times when I get stuck at work late and all I have to do is call Chasing Tails and someone runs right over to walk Lucy and feed her. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that the pooches are not only cared for but that they are happy as well. They even keep a board and not only record who pooped and at what time. Maybe that’s TMI but it’s true! (LOL) There have been other times when I am running late to pick her up. Again, all I need to do is call and Lucy gets driven home by the owner, Matt. Not only will he drive Lucy home but he will give her fresh water, put on the TV and if it’s summer, he will also put on the air-conditioner for her.

I noticed a couple of negative reviews and all I have to say is that I thought it was interesting that the two negative reviews weren’t about the care provided to their dogs but rather interpersonal issues between the dog owner and staff. Not everyone is going to get along but to disparage a place of business because you didn’t like the person you spoke with is not very nice. Chasing Tails always takes excellent care of their pooches. They even cater to dogs with special needs or those who require medication to be administered.

I can go on and on about what a wonderful facility Chasing Tails is but the real review is from my Lucy. Whenever I drop Lucy off, her tail is wagging and she greets the staff with lots of kisses! We can’t say enough good things about Chasing Tails!
