Absolutely The Worst Customer Service
Wanted to Open A New account and it was near closing time and they asked me to leave because I did not have a direct deposit
This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Bank
Chase should be ashamed to treat customers that way

At Chase on 23rd and 10th Ave there is a woman named Theo. She is the slowest and most ridiculous person I have ever encountered in a bank. She is all into everyone elses transactions and not focused on her own customers. Every time I go there I have to wait like at least 20 minutes.
ps- and shes BALD
pss- Commerce Rules!!!
