- Terrible #91937

Only person on line and had to wait 5 minutes. Then, I requested to see the amount of a check I cashed and the lady didn't show me the check. I had to call the person who cut the check to verify the amount. Poor service. First and last time at this location. Bad start for Chase, I haven't been a customer for a month yet. 8/20/2015
