Chase Bank

The ATM ate $1,000 in cash and it took several days to get my money back. The customer service is some of the slowest I have ever experienced in my life. The tellers/bankers, for no logical reason, kept leaving their positions and disappearing for what seemed like an eternity.

This bank is so slow.. they shut down the one in food basic parking lot, and now you come here and it's endless lines with 1 teller.. shameful.

Love Chase Bank as a whole for their mobile check deposit and so many other features, I have both a business account as well as a personal account with Chase. However it really disheartens me as a member of the community of Union City that I have to go all the way our to Paramus to get good banking service.

I'm all for making appointments but was unaware that you need to make appointments for your local bank, came in on 8/27 in the middle of the business day at 2:30 PM and there was only one person in their cubicle and upon signing in and seating with my wife for approx 15 mins he walked by and did not even give a recognition or ask to help. It took us going up to a teller ( only one at their station ) and he then said if we could wait 25 mins for them to get someone! Funny thing is Ileave and take a 15 min drive out to Paramus and they have multiple financial consultants at their cubicles and though busy and 4 customers were before us wait no longer then 5 mins and are being helped and able to discuss finances packages and retirement information.

I feel privileged that I have the accessibility to drive out to a higher functioning branch but feel bad for my neighbors in Union City who don't have that option. As a devoted member of the community please Chase Bank of Union City lets raise the bar of service!

ATM is 24 Hours which is good and Bankers are professional and helpful. Reason why I chose chase.
