Everyday I come to the drive thru for a deposit and everyday I wait 15 minutes just to be greeted the transaction once they acknowledge it take 1 minute! What's going on with the customer service here???? If your busy at least acknowledge the fact that in here and greet me. Ridiculous. The tellers don't even apologize for the wait time, when I do say something they just ignore me and proceed. These tellers need to be retrained!
