Amazing customer service. Banker (Carmen Latino) is the best, she helped & explained all my needs very kindly. I almost give tip for her. Thank you for great service.

Been here waiting over 30 mins. Only two people working to help clients but more than six empty desks. And they dont have notary service. Service SUCKS!!!! Definitely need to do better

I wouldn't be writing a review if i didn't experience terrible customer service at this branch. Rude and inconsiderate. Not helpful. To specifically say who was rude and unhelpful was there very own Assistant VICE President and Assistant Branch Manager (Julie Choudhury). I have been with chase for many years and never have experienced this. I should be a treated as a valued customer. All i asked for was statements of my business checking account and i get treated with such rudeness and disrespect from a person who should be helping me if not happy. Very bad experience last time i go to this branch.
