Tried to deposit some money in the ATM at this location. Machine took the money but the deposit did not go through in my account. Called customer service but was met with very incompetent worker who insisted that the information he needed to process my claim was on my receipt. Asked the man if the information he needed was on the actual terminal. He said no, but it actually was. Gave me an attitude problem about it when he realized this. Please invest in updated equipment that actually works and stop outsourcing customer service jobs to people in different countries that have no idea what the hell they are doing and could care less about what they are doing.

I think many publish bad reviews about the bank because those are the only experiences they care to review.
Once the lady yelled at another lady in another chase for messing up my check deposit. That was cool.
