- Poor #135231
First time I visited the branch, the banker was telling me to get rewards on my ATM card even though I told her multiple times I use my credit card from Chase instead of my ATM card. She insisted I should get it because she will be getting hundreds of dollars a quarter if I open the service. Second time I visited another banker told me to wait and did not approach me for more than 20 minutes before I left the branch. I would visit another branch if you are looking for a personal banker.
