Probably one of the worst branches. This branch serves Bushwick and bedstuy and is very very understaffed. I rather move to BoA than to make this trip and wait for 45 minuters for some service. Never again Chase

If you are on limited time, DO NOT GO HERE! If you need to go to this branch make sure to set aside at least 1 extra hour. Slowest branch, only two windows open all the time, and Chase corporate refuses to open anymore windows in an effort to force people to use the inside machines. Which in my opinion is a bad idea considering the atms in the atm room do the same thing. Employees are nice but overwhelmed, there is no way two people can handle the volume of people who need a teller.
