There is one individual who gave a review of FIVE stars. This individual is either on medication or hopelessly deluded.
I Always bank at Chase and this is the WORST branch in my extended neighborhood. I stopped going four months ago and will Never return unless emergency circumstances arise. They are generally crowded and blithely indifferent that they are understaffed. Two tellers are on call, at most, and a simple transaction takes at least 30 minutes. When you have the gaul to actually complain, their managerial staff is unhelpful at best and surely at worst.
Awful branch. Go to Avenue M and 15th Street--a few blocks away. Much more satisfying experience.

I usually do my banking at the atm, especially here because their customer service is atrocious. I recently had to deal with a Michael Young who works here concerning an issue on my account. He was unhelpful and unapologetic and a flat out liar. Had to have customer service (phone) help me out since he was unable to.
