On 4.5.2016, today, Israel D. Horowitz at the chase bank on 18th avenue in Brooklyn, assisted me with selling my vehicle. Our loan was active through chase as is our checking and savings. The buyer met us at the location and he was also a chase member. Both the buyer and myself were nervous about this transaction. Mr. Horowitz gave us white glove service from beginning to end, even entertaining my toddler while we monopolized his time. I am sure this was a very busy day for him, but he provided persoanl service. He was a genuinely friendly and accommodating person. We wanted to make sure that Chase knew we appreciated this service. Thank you.

With the lines and the dumb stupid machines that are no help expect to make deposits. Really a tough banking experience. They workers are helpful jus we need more tellers !!!!!!

With new changes it feels more like post office than a bank. Long lines too few tellers. Im changing my bank.
