- Poor #241528

I was exchanging Euro to Dollars and the bank teller did not even bother telling me the exchange rate . This woman also failed to communicate with me why it was taking so long to exchange the Euros. She could had just said "The process is going to take a while. And the exchange rate is 1.033."
Instead when I asked her why it was taking so long, she gave me an actitud.
