Once upon a time not long ago, this location had wonderful customer service. But alas, like so many other other things in this world today that wonderful customer service is no more. There were more tellers, now they are down to two which creates long lines. My husband and I find these long lines each and every time we go in to bank. If there are one or two customers with complicated banking problems then that wait is truly painful for those people behind them. Why is it that a bank thriving as well as Chase can't pay for additional tellers? I've got to find a bank who appreciates their customers.
