Chase Bank

I hate to do this but I must. I was "helped" by a teller today. She was so upset I came to her window to make a deposit. She started making fun of me with other tellers behind the window. Extremely rude. The bottom of my receipt says her name is Shrimattie. She is one racist woman. She probably thought I didn't know English because of the way I look and my older age. She needs to be retrained to treat everyone equally and if she doesn't like a client that's fine; but she needs to respect everyone regards of color, race, gender, or sexual orientation. First time in the branch, and never will I go there again.

This bank branch is worse then the one on Jamaica Avenue. I had a bank money order from a client that they sent in lieu of cash. Even though I have a business charge account I no longer bank with Chase and they would not tender the money order for cash even after speaking with their customer Because I did not have an account with them.

After having issues on a payroll check I had cancelled my account with Chase and every account from banks that were bought out by them such as Washington Mutual. But the people at this branch were nasty and unprofessional and a disgrace to the already tawdry Chase name

They will never get my business again..
