- Terrible #60325

The reason those old stars are high is because the old staff was great!!! New staff sucks!! No one is ever at the counter to help, the manager is never free to help and the tellers do not know what they are doing!! Please reframe from dealing with this bank, it is a nightmare, there is a Bank of America which is way better to deal with down the block and their customer service is GREAT!!! Do not I repeat bank with This chase
