I went twice to try to open a bank account and both times I was told to come back. Their excuses were "we are too busy right now."

Everytime I come into this bank either there is a long line with one staff or they have no change at all. It's ridiculous for a bank not to have change at all. And what is up with the staff. Everyday you see less and less people. Do you think it's fair to wait 25 min in a long line just to make a deposit. It's out of control. They should just close that bank with all these problems they have.

The ATMs are old and always broken.
