Chase Bank

The staff is pretty friendly but don't plan on using the tellers because there is usually a long line due to only one or two windows open (They have installed more do-it-yourself machines which most people don't use). The place is always crowded and needs to spruce up a bit to compete with the new, clean TD bank across the street

Used to be a great branch, now they've cut the staff in like half and relaced them with machines causing huge lines. Expect to wait atleast 30mins or more...

Terrible service due to low staffing

This bank in particular has poor work ethics. I had money deposited in this branch on July 31, 2012 every person I spoke to told that the person doesn't work there anymore after I spoke to them. I have a had a Chase acct for 6 years now and never had a problem having money deposited for me ever!!

I spoke with the main number and the wonderful Tiffany Kyler helped me file a complaint because she couldn't even understand their work ethic. Finally the money was credited to my acct and my life has carried on. Beware of Gowrie(teller) and a another woman named Vanessa(they pretend not to work there when I spoke with both of them). WOW! No business working in a bank period Chase is not only a prominent bank but a corporation are these Bed-Sty ppl serious right now??

The line move fast. You don't have to wait too long to get service.
