Used ATM and on both occasions the door was unlocked. I did not feel safe and will certainly not use that branch again. Manager will be called. main office will also be notified.
Might add the bank was closed.That's why it was uncomfortable. No security and the lock was not working so anyone could walk into the portion of the bank that houses the ATM. Fix the lock.

...not a very long wait. Customer service was outstanding and very engaging in tailoring bank products to my needs. I must say Mr. Angel Rivera made my visit to Chase Bank a really great and effortless experience. Best bank in Brooklyn!

Not sure what other person meant by "kinda sketchy"...Its a bank. Is he afraid of getting jumped? In a bank??Really???? Nice, helpful employees. Perhaps he should do his banking in Westchester.
