A badly managed branch with pitiful customer service (except for one very helpful employee, Bill, who is the only reason I gave two stars and not one). In the busy afternoons they have cut back to one teller. I recently waited in line for twenty minutes to get some quarters, and there were still four people ahead of me when I walked out in frustration. The manager, who stood by and watched us all waiting, said having one teller was corporate policy. I pointed out that at the drugstore next door, when the line gets long, they call for another cashier! He just shrugged and said that's not Chase's policy.
Any company with that attitude toward customers doesn't deserve to be in business.
