only one windows is open and people have to wait for two hours for the turn while the business customer got their business done in five minutes.

I came here to get my debit card replaced and asked the person that was standing near the line for the tellers' service where to go. He said I had to sign my name at the Customer Service desk. There were about 20 people ahead of me waiting for help. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and they only went through 2 people in the list. There was just no way I was going to wait for over an hour for someone to print my card.
I went to the Fort Hamilton branch the next day. I got my card printed in 5 minutes, and I waited for less than 10 minutes to get help.

You got to love a bank that is open on Sunday! This location does just that! I was happy to find one at this busy but quick location. If you need to go and do not mind a little crowd....you are in the good in old Bay Ridge
