Do not buy from Chase Auto Group. I bought a car from them and had it delivered, because I trusted Sam when he said nothing was wrong with the car. I asked him several times... I realize it was my mistake for buying a car without seeing it or driving it. That was a lesson learned. Hopefully people look online at reviews before buying here, and check the BBB. They have an F grade. The below is a response that I don't believe made it into the BBB website, and explains part of my situation with Chase Auto Group.
I reject the message received by Chase Auto Group. I do not feel this complaint is resolved. I understand the vehicle was sold “As Is”. I take that to mean “As Is” for this vehicle was the condition Sam explained to me, which was that everything worked, there was no rust, and nothing was wrong with the car. Their reply actually states they sold me a car without seatbelts installed, which was after they verbally told me the seatbelts were installed in the car. Now I have junkyard seatbelts that don’t appear to fit in the vehicle, are missing bolts, and may not be safe to put in my car. My initial complaint was before I drove the car. After driving for less than one mile, the check engine light came on. Three parts were replaced in an attempt to clear the three codes and the check engine light ($65). The check engine light is still on. I believe Sam when he said there was no check engine light on… because he probably cleared the light before it left the lot. The vehicle vibrated and drifted to the right while driving, resulting in needing parts replaced, alignment, and tires balanced ($423). The air conditioning does not turn on at all, after I specifically asked if it worked. I don’t have the money to see what is wrong with it yet. Other issues include left headlight flickers, engine compartment and trunk lights missing, high brake light connector broken and dangling inside trunk, right taillight not working, driver seat held down by one bolt, and the metal cut out behind the rear seat. The condition of this car was in fact severely misrepresented by Chase Auto Group. Everything does not work, there is substantial rust under the car, and several things were wrong with the car at the time of the sale. This was my reply for the BBB website, and covers part of what was wrong with the car.

I made an appointment to see the car I was interested in, just like the website said they required. I arrived slightly early, and the car was not at the dealer yet (separate lot, no big deal common dealer practice). The car arrived no more than 15 minutes after I got there, and I was able to take a detailed look around and under it with no pestering by anyone, unlike some used dealerships. Cars are sold AS IS, which is expected of a used car dealership. To expect a flawless used car is ridiculous. Sam took care of me from start to finish, very pleasant to deal with. He understands that the car needs some work, but he was very clear that the cars are all as is with no warranty or guarantee. I purchased my vehicle knowing it needed work, and he admitted that "for the right person, this car is flawless" Currently enjoying my new project, and the hassle-free experience at Chase Auto Group.

I would gladly support Sam and his franchise rather than deal with a large corporate chain of KOONS, BELL, BROWNS, etc. Honest man doing an honest sale, no hot air involved. Once again, thank you Sam for being very pleasant and professional despite you being short staffed that day. I appreciate the great value of the car I purchased!

DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!

From a friend: i am depoyed in afghanistan and trusted their company when i purchased a car from them. they advertised free shipping and refused to pay it. i quickly paid them my 5,000 once i bought the car, then they drug out the shipping issue and tried to make me pay twice the amount for shipping as i was given a quote for online. they refused to honor the free shipping, so i told them i no longer wanted the vehicle since it was not being sold to me as advertised. after a few weeks of them giving me reason after reason of why they need longer to refund my money, they have now said they are going to hold my money because i gave them negative feed back on ebay. i have never delt with a company like this before. Now i have a battle to get my 5,000 back along with the inspection charges i had to pay. please repost so this does not happen to anyone else. i tried to find their ebay store again but it looks as if they have removed it.
