Charming Cleaners

Great experience every time. Have been going there for almost 20 years. Owner is very respective and goes out of his way to deliver the best customer service. Many times has gone above and beyond when asked to do a last minute favor.

I use to go here because it was one of the closest to my house. It is nothing special, they provide all the service any dry cleaner does. Usually pretty good with when to pick up my shirts. Here is the issue. Like many of the dry cleaners that are out there; no customer service.

What really got me steamed and to finally write this review is that my last time trying to pick up my dry cleaning, I forgot my wallet. I gave him my slip to pick up my shirts and left two more shirts to be serviced. I told him I will be right back and needed to get my wallet from home. He told me he will be closing in 15 minutes.

I rushed back only to find he closed up shop. Gates down, no phone call , no nothing!

I understand he was closing, but he should have called and tell me that he will hold my shirts till next time. Or, he could have just told me to pay him on my next pick up date, especially since I been going there for a year. Or, he could have just waited for me to come and pick up my shirts.

Now he has my dirty shirts and my shirts that I was trying to pick up; he also has my tickets for proof of service.

Again not super shocked by these people. Customer service isn't a concept they understand..
