Charm Beauty Spa & Salon

I did my hair for the wedding reception there. Was very satisfied, as it turned out very beautiful. Also got a really good manicure. Everything is done without rush, very calm and cozy.
Overall nice place.

I would give them a negative 0 stars if I could. My experience was so bad that I plan to write the BBB to complain and will also contact them again just to give them a proper tongue lashing (I know, I know) I brought 2 vouchers from Groupon and made my appt. 2 weeks before they expired. I specifically asked the receptionist if they will still honor them and she said YES as long my appt. is made before the expiration date. Fine, I call the day before my appt. to confirm and everything was fine until I showed up. I got there 15 min. early and waited 30 minutes, no receptionist, nothing, the place was a ghost town. Someone finally showed up with a nasty attitude asking me about the validity of the vouchers. I explained the situation to her and she got upset and said they will not honor them. Then she started asking me why I didn't use them before the expiration date and other intrusive questions. Well after 30 minutes of going back and forth I walked out. Luckily, I contacted Groupon the next day and they gave me a full refund.

Please BEWARE DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I cant stress this enough. I regret not reading the reviews before buying the vouchers. What a waste of time and energy.

I had laser treatment once before to my chin and was told i need more treatments to effectively removed the hair. I got a deal and tried charmed salon for more treatment. I was told by the lady at charmed that she was putting it in lowest setting because i have dark skin to notified her if it burn at any point. she started on my neck and i told her it burned and should I continue the treatment. she respond if i wanted my chin or lip done. i told her my chin. afterward my chin it burn for a while so i stayed in the salon for a few minutes. the following morning i woke up an my chin was warm, a little swollen, and with about7-8 black streaks on my chin and neck. I called salon to tell her what happened. she blamed me for being in the sun I left her salon at 6 pm how much sun could i have gotten . Then she told me she has another customer and to call her back. WTF i am not one of your customers. I know when someone is blowing u off. I may be scarred for life but I learned my lesson you get what you pay for. Pay for cheap laser and get substandard service. I happy i did not have my upper lip done i think i would be in tears. i don't know how this salon got all these 4-5 stars but must not be from people with dark skin.

Great price, Great value ... This hair salon is gorgeous and the people were amazing. The Brazilian Blowout was created here and they are the pioneers of many new products. The hair salon is great and they even have a beautiful Spa .... The Brazilian Blowout has changed my life!!‎
