The only problem is that they dont wait for you espically when I live in Long Island and if i go to my appointment in manhattan at mount siani hospital. Theres alot of black cars . A couple of times there not always black cars. They are also not Tlc for Nassau county and according to Nassau county if u pick up in Nassau and drop off in Nassau county you have to have a diamond and liceanse for nassau county and they dont.

great service on time and very polite as well as friendly both driver and dispatcher .Almost unheard of within the taxi service thank you ,America was built on people skills and this company nailed it
