It's a hidden gem! In a very quite neighborhood, super close to JFK. No one will bother you, almost like a private beach.

Nice environment.... Good place for running, bicycling, basketball, baseball, tennis. There are slides and swings for kids.....

An even more tranquil spot in already quiet HB. My favorite place in all nyc to run. The view is beautiful, except for the piles of garbage left behind on the beach side from the religious ceremonies that constantly take place there. It's creating a hazardous situation for both humans and wildlife that inhabit the natural preserves those beaches are designated as. Wish people would realize it's NOT a temple for their own religious purposes but should be respected as a temple to Nature.
