Charisma Ballroom

We had my daughter's Sweet 16 party here this past Friday night. From the moment we started planning the event to the end of the party- the service was top notch. What we liked was that this place is only for one party at a time unlike party rooms at restaurants or hotels. The DJ, Russ, knew exactly how to get the party started. The food was delicious- we had sirloin steak, curried beef, and teriyaki chicken, tons of sides and two giant salads. The California bar was included in the price and the kids could go and get all the soda and juice they wanted.The snow and fog machines were a big hit. They played our videos, the father-daughter dance, and photo slide show on a big screen and several TVs around the room. What a great time we had!!! I couldn't recommend this place more highly!!

i went to a birthday party last nite the service sucked, the food was horrible
its something a dog wouldnt eat, no drinks no nothing i think the cook and the owner of this place should be shut down...im telling every one not to book nothing here dont even eat there....if your having a party bring your own food.....

Had the time of our lives. We had our parents 50th wedding anniversary at the Charisma Ballroom and it was simply wonderful, as you hear stories about catering halls where things tend to go wrong, i was afraid that something may go wrong. This place is beyond professional they had a game plan for my parents anniversary, from the announcements to the DJ to the bartender to the delicious food, it was wonderful, I could of not asked for anything more. My guests and parents all had positive comments and stated this is one of the best parties they have attended in many years. The banquet manager knows his business and delivers what he promises. All in all we loved this place, Thank You Thank You Thank You. We will be back!

You were so helpful during the planning process and we really appreciated. we got so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the place was decorated. the snow machine is amazing ....great great great. .... thank you so much for making our day so special. We had made an appt. over the phone, when we got there we walked it it smelled like a locker room. The woman with the frizzy bleached hair insisted that I didnt call the day before for the appt. then walked around the place doing things for a few minutes while we stood there. We couldnt believe she wouldnt just talk to us appt. or not, considering the place is a wreck and looks like an old bowling alley. A few mins later she comes with a paper asking all my personal information "fill this out so I can find you in the computer." This place has a computer??!! Insulted, we got up and walked out she replied why are you leaving. I guess the place isnt bad if you want to spend very little, you get what you pay for though.
