Extremely rude front desk receptionists and long wait time. The doctors are okay but the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and give attitudes, especially this lady named Terry. She is extremely impatient, gives attitude and shows no respect. Most of the time when I ask a simple question, I get ignored or yelled at. They need to hire better front desk staffs that do not give disgusting attitudes and provide better customer service.
I would give 0/5 stars if possible.
I will be changing to another family doctor office as soon as possible.
